About Senior Swingers Lounge: Swinging in Your Prime

A section of its own for swingers in their fifties, sixties and seventies.

Why it has a section of its own

Senior Swingers Lounge is the part of Swingers Lounge for swingers in their fifties, sixties and seventies. It has its own sign-up and its own members, so the people you meet are at your stage.

You get the same tools as the main lounge: private messages, chat rooms, group chats, ID checks and blurred photos. What changes is the company. When most of the people around you are 55 or over, nobody has to explain why they like a slow start, a proper conversation or a long evening.

Looking for something wider than your own section? Swingers Lounge, the main community, is a few clicks away, and its guides and comparisons are yours to read.

Who is in the section

More than 750 members have a profile here, including more than 175 couples. More than 400 are in the UK and more than 300 are in Australia. Here is how the ages fall.

Members under 351%
Members aged 35 to 443%
Members aged 45 to 544%
Members aged 55 or over92%

Shares of our members across Senior Swingers Lounge, singles and couples together, from our member records.

Singles and couples are both welcome. Not sure whether the lifestyle suits you yet? Swinging over 50 explains how things look when you start later, and what swinging is covers the basics.

The house rules

  • Adults only. You must be 18 or over to join, and the lounge checks age as the law requires.
  • Real people. Protection measures are there to keep fakes out, and members may not sell goods or services to each other.
  • Kindness and tolerance. Treat everyone as you would like to be treated. Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia and ableism are not tolerated.
  • Safety first. Keep early chats in the lounge, and never share bank details or send money.
  • Discretion. If you recognise a member in public, only say hello if they have said you may.
  • No means no. Harassment ends in removal.

Everything that protects members is on the safety page, and every tool is on the features page.

Getting started takes three steps

No questionnaire, and no photo goes live that you have not chosen.

  1. Join and pick a username

Your real name and email address stay out of sight from the first minute.

  2. Say what you are open to

A couple or a single, soft swap or full swap, parties, clubs or a quiet drink: it is your profile, so write it your way.

  3. Read, chat, decide

Browse your daily matches and talk in private for as long as you like before anyone suggests a meet.

About the section, answered

Is Senior Swingers Lounge separate from Swingers Lounge?

It is a section of it. The two have separate sign-ups and separate members, and share the same tools, house rules and protections. Join the one that suits you, or both.

Do I have to be over 50 to join?

Joining any part of Swingers Lounge requires you to be 18 or over. This section is designed for people in their fifties, sixties and seventies, and over nine in ten members here are 55 or older.

How do I report someone?

Tap the report button on a profile or a message, or ask the support team, who are on hand day and night. Members who seriously break the house rules are removed.
